Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Associate Patient Safety and Risk Management Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading day to day management and oversight of patient safety reports
- Driving the strategy for enhancing and scaling patient safety
- Collaborating closely with technical teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Nursing or other healthcare/legal background such as RN, NP, Pharm D, JD or related
- 8+ years of relevant experience in patient safety and risk management
- Legal experience, lean certification, CPHRM, CPHQ, CPPS, HCQM, or similar certifications or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of direct experience managing safety events and trending
- 3+ years of experience with third party patient safety organization(s)
- 2+ years of doing this work in the digital health setting is strongly preferred
