Job Summary
A company that develops a payment cycle management platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Payroll Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Accurately process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls utilizing HCM
- Process deduction changes for 401k and Employee Stock Purchase Plan
- Process Garnishments/Liens for employees; assist with employment and wage verifications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, along with 1+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Extensive data entry skills, spreadsheet, and word processing proficiency
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of payroll laws
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of professionalism including the ability to handle sensitive/confidential material
