Job Summary
A leading global partner needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Product Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Establishing and maintaining internal process for successfully executing a corporate account program
- Assisting account managers with new quotes, opportunities, margin questions as well as any site issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate or Bachelors’ degree preferred with consideration given for equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, customer service, vendor management or customer technical role
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with success building long term customer and internal relationships
- Ability to think critically while working in an independent environment
- Ability to organize and deliver information based on needs of others
