Job Summary

Supporting systemwide workforce needs, the full-time Remote Associate Recruiter will review applications, interview candidates, and manage the hiring process while ensuring effective communication and coordination of interviews.

Key responsibilities
  • Review applications and conduct interviews for qualifying candidates
  • Create job requisitions and postings, perform reference checks, and confirm interviews
  • Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and at least 2 years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Human Resources role
  • Experience supporting recruitment teams in a healthcare organization is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
