Job Summary

A chemicals and biotechnology company is seeking a Remote Associate Recruiter in Morristown.

Must be able to:

• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans
• Identify the channels and strategy to source candidates
• Define, design and help implement the sourcing strategy

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience
• 2+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
• High School Diploma
