Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Associate Recruiting Operations Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Liaise and work with Recruitment Operations to coordinate and create trainings across our global offices
- Coordinate and support the execution of recruiting programs and initiatives that optimize global team performance
- Use data-driven approach to identifying trends in program engagement
