Job Summary

A genetic testing and diagnostics company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Revenue Cycle Management Director.

Must be able to:

• Direct Billing Management and staff
• Establish and maintain all billing and financial data
• Analyze reimbursement from all sources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
• 8 years of experience in managing a high volume, fast growing billing office
• Extensive knowledge of reimbursement, billing, coding and compliance regulations
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a multi-site environment
• Skilled in researching, interpreting, and presenting data in a concise manner
