Job Summary
A genetic testing and diagnostics company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Revenue Cycle Management Director.
Must be able to:
- Direct Billing Management and staff
- Establish and maintain all billing and financial data
- Analyze reimbursement from all sources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
- 8 years of experience in managing a high volume, fast growing billing office
- Extensive knowledge of reimbursement, billing, coding and compliance regulations
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a multi-site environment
- Skilled in researching, interpreting, and presenting data in a concise manner
