Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Salesforce Service Technology Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing an enterprise Service Technology Strategy
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Developing and delivering several enterprise scale Service Technology capabilities

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT field
  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering solutions using Salesforce
  • 10+ years of technical contact center technology development experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading large enterprise teams focused on Service Technology
  • Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts
