Job Summary

A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Service Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and coordinate internal resources across multiple business units to address escalated client situations
  • Establish strong working relationships with the engineering, product management, IT, and other cross-functional teams
  • Provide technical/systems expertise and support to members, client teams or other stakeholder groups

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Advanced technical skills (with Windows and/or MacOS)
  • Associate’s Degree (or higher)
  • Experience with an issue/ticket tracking system
  • 1+ years previous customer service experience
