Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Software Banner Student Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing effective working relationships with other staff
  • Supporting company customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Documenting issues in detail using company's tracking system and follow issue progress

Qualifications Include:

  • Up to 25% travel
  • Comfortable leading interactive Zoom (video) sessions and phone calls with customers
  • Experience with Banner Student is required
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have some experience with Banner Student, Unix or Windows and SQL
  • Strong analystical and troubleshooting skills and able to analyze and resolve problems quickly
