Job Summary

An omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing support and consulting for Cloud developers
  • Providing code examples and documentation around building solutions with the Cloud platform
  • Developing and maintaining our Cloud Developer Portal

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-2 years’ working with the Java programming language or another Object-Oriented programming language
  • 1-2 years’ experience with the JavaScript, Typescript and/or React
  • Experience with web architectures and technologies
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic and communication skills
  • Ability to take technical ownership of a problem and drive to resolution with the appropriate sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members in different locations.
