Job Summary

A subscription management software company has an open position for a Remote Associate Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Investigating high priority escalations from Technical Support Team
  • Reproducing issues reported by customers and handing off to Engineering Teams
  • Participating in an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support

Required Skills:

  • Entry level to 2 years experience with programming languages like (Ruby on Rails, Ruby, Javascript, node, etc)
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • A “quality first” mindset, with a willingness to advocate for best practices
