Job Summary
A global biopharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Sourcing Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Provide oversight for all aspects of financial sourcing operations to support Preclinical Development
- Manage Sourcing Operations staff, including career development, coaching, objective-setting and performance management
- Act as the PCD SAP/Ariba subject matter expert and assist colleagues in troubleshooting purchase order issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in relevant area (Biological / Chemical sciences, or equivalent)
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Experience in providing financial operations support for outsourcing pharmaceutical research
- Budgeting and Finance experience
- Experience working with external partners in collaboration or outsourcing management
