Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Toledo.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting full life cycle recruitment efforts to meet the workforce needs of the business
- Supporting recruiters, HR and hiring managers to ensure optimal service delivery throughout the hiring process
- Reviewing employment applications and interviewing candidates to qualify against position requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, focus in Business Administration, HR Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- 2+ years of recruitment experience required
- Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes
