Job Summary
A global technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Technical Account Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Support end users
- Support installed applications
- Maintain accurate log for all customer support requests and applications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field required
- 1 year of related work experience including a demonstrated track record of success
- 1 year of experience in technology (networking, servers, routers, and other Microsoft software)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
