A global technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Technical Account Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Support end users
  • Support installed applications
  • Maintain accurate log for all customer support requests and applications

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field required
  • 1 year of related work experience including a demonstrated track record of success
  • 1 year of experience in technology (networking, servers, routers, and other Microsoft software)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
