Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Associate Technical Support Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Respond to requests from internal and external customers for Product Support
- Provide written and verbal front-line support for basic customer questions
- Route tickets and track progress, providing regular updates to customers
