Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Associate Technical Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to requests from internal and external customers for Product Support
  • Provide written and verbal front-line support for basic customer questions
  • Route tickets and track progress, providing regular updates to customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of initiative to work individually and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
