Job Summary
An information technology and digital marketing solutions company is in need of a Remote Associate Technical Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Attending training courses as required
- Providing other ad hoc support and duties as assigned
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience using a ticketing System such as Clarify, Remedy, or Footprints
- 1 year of PC desktop support or technical support experience with client contact
- Knowledge of Unix / Linux / SQL
