A developer of modern fleet management software is seeking a Remote Associate Technology General Counsel Member.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Defining, building, and scaling the Legal operations
  • Elevating our customer contracting experience
  • Evolving our use of outside counsel

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with a B2B SaaS that has scaled well from $20M to $100M+ ARR
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years in an operational legal role at a high-growth SaaS company
  • JD degree
  • Expert knowledge of Ironclad or other enterprise CLM
  • Proficient with Salesforce
