Job Summary

A smart home security provider has a current position open for a Remote At Risk Outbound Account Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify at-risk accounts and make outbound calls
• Retain customers by problem solving, deescalating issues and resolving account issues
• Review all contacts for accuracy

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Technical aptitude, problem solving skills
• The ability to perform some basic math functions, as well as understand business metrics
• Ability to prioritize multiple items at once
• Computer proficiency, including data entry
