Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Atlassian Ecosystem Expert.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping with installing & configuring products along with key apps used to support our internal processes
  • Sharing your expertise internally and delivering training on products to employees
  • Providing guidance to customer support teams on issues related to products

Qualifications Include:

  • Travelling may be required to attend events
  • Has at least 2 to 3 years experience as an Atlassian expert or consultant
  • Is an expert with Jira Software and Confluence
  • Has great communication skills and enjoys sharing their knowledge and expertise with others
  • Has a passion for training and coaching others
  • Has excellent presentation skills
