Remote Attorney

Job Summary

A law practice that provides affordable and simple legal services to clients has a current position open for a Remote Attorney.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing legal advice to our individual and our small and midsize business customers
• Working remotely as an independent contractor using company's technology platform to connect with customer

Required Skills:

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Advising start-ups on a variety of matters; Corporate law; Contracts and commercial law; Real estate; Intellectual property; Estate planning
• Minimum of five years of post-graduate legal experience (this may include up to one year of a post-graduate judicial clerkship)
• Active license and Utah State Bar Membership
• Ability to serve in a freelance, contractor role
• Proven excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
• Proven excellent written and spoken communication, with the ability to draft well written and concise policies and processes
