An automation company is filling a position for a Remote Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting technology and software contracts
- Negotiating technology, logistics, and software contracts
- Revising and editing contracts from third party providers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-5 years Law Firm experience drafting and negotiating contracts
- A business minded Attorney with strong inter-personal and negotiation skills
- An excellent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within and without the company
- Skilled at negotiating
- Ability to see contacts from a business perspective as well as a legal perspective
