A real estate company has a current position open for a Remote Attorney in El Segundo.

  • Structuring and negotiating real estate backed loans
  • Reviewing and analyzing title, survey, loan documents
  • Assisting with other commercial real estate loan due diligence

Qualifications Include:

  • JD from a US-accredited law school
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage finance, compliance, real estate, and/or corporate
  • Currently registered and in good standing with at least one state bar
  • Proficient in mortgage finance and related compliance matters (FCRA, CCPA, AML, etc)
  • Business minded and very practical in addressing legal issues
  • Ability to understand complex topics and explaining them to others in clear, concise, terms
