A company is looking for an Attorney (Remote) to review, negotiate, and advise on key contracts while ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and advise on various contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with attorneys and supplier management to enhance workflows and process efficiency
• Develop and maintain a contract playbook, providing training and guidance to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in any US state
• 4+ years of experience in negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements
• Experience working closely with internal business partners to identify and assess business needs and risks
• Knowledge of the insurance industry; specialization in privacy or AI is a plus
