Job Summary
A global insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Attorney Represented Casualty Claims Team Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor the work of team members to ensure reserves are adequately set and customer expectations are surpassed
- Lead and develop a team of auto and homeowner's representatives/specialists
- Continuously develop talent by creating opportunities for direct reports to grow and strengthen new skills
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-7 years directly related work experience
- Supervisory, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and the State`s Tort Laws
- Licensing required in some states
