Job Summary
A law firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Attorneys Partners and Groups Legal Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing, nurturing, and facilitating 3rd party recruiting agency relationships
- Conducting initial interviews with attorney candidates to assess qualifications and fit within the firm
- Delivering robust notes and feedback on candidates to stakeholders within the firm
Required Skills:
- Must have 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience from a law firm or recruiting company
- Able to maintain an efficient and replenishing candidate pipeline specific to partner level candidates
- Any other applicable experience
