Job Summary

A law firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Attorneys Partners and Groups Legal Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing, nurturing, and facilitating 3rd party recruiting agency relationships
  • Conducting initial interviews with attorney candidates to assess qualifications and fit within the firm
  • Delivering robust notes and feedback on candidates to stakeholders within the firm

Required Skills:

  • Must have 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience from a law firm or recruiting company
  • Able to maintain an efficient and replenishing candidate pipeline specific to partner level candidates
  • Any other applicable experience
