A real estate brokerage firm is seeking a Remote Attraction Compliance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage inbound careers lead spreadsheet
- Respond to inquiries with pre-scripted email responses
- Engage by phone with new licensees interested in joining the company

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Superior people skills, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations
- Able to use scripts and dialogues effectively
- Have a systematic approach to details and information management
