Job Summary

A hearing products manufacturer has a current position open for a Remote Audiology Support Specialist in Eagan.

Must be able to:

  • Provide telephone and online support to hearing care professionals working with a variety of hearing aid models
  • Analyze earmold impressions and act as liaison between hearing care professional and production team
  • Conduct online trainings and webinars

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Occasional travel as needed
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience dispensing hearing aids
  • Previous experience working for a hearing aid manufacturer is a plus
  • Possess a high level of knowledge and skill in the areas of hearing aid technology, hearing aid fittings and fitting software
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
