Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Audit Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Conduct regular status meetings with the external auditors
- Remain aware of status of audits of all subsidiaries
- Coordinate and/or attend meetings between external auditors and Company management/personnel
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 years of overall experience
- 2 years related work experience in public accounting firm (1 year of public accounting can be substituted for 2 years of general industry experience)
- Understanding of Model Audit Rule (or Sarbanes-Oxley)
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel at the intermediate level
- Oral and written communication skills to facilitate effective communication with all levels within the corporation
