Job Summary
A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company has a current position open for a Remote Audit Coordinator I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence, both internal and external.
- Answer Client / Provider phone calls, request missing documentation, log and return voicemail.
- Setup and prepare invoices for payment processing.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous customer service or call center work experience
- Intermediate knowledge operating both a computer / laptop skill
- 1 years' minimum experience working as a Claims Analyst or Claims Auditor
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Teams Meeting and Outlook
- Prior coding or medical claims experience or training
- Basic knowledge of medical claims and audit reviews
