Job Summary

A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company has a current position open for a Remote Audit Coordinator I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence, both internal and external.
  • Answer Client / Provider phone calls, request missing documentation, log and return voicemail.
  • Setup and prepare invoices for payment processing.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Previous customer service or call center work experience
  • Intermediate knowledge operating both a computer / laptop skill
  • 1 years' minimum experience working as a Claims Analyst or Claims Auditor
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Teams Meeting and Outlook
  • Prior coding or medical claims experience or training
  • Basic knowledge of medical claims and audit reviews
