Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Retro-Retrieval Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct service line audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Utilize speech analytics tools to monitor associate performance and document findings
• Collaborate with service line leaders to discuss audit results and facilitate training sessions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or relevant operational roles
• Experience with speech analytics software
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Disability, or Social Security
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
