Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Authorization and UM Claims Manager in Dayton.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing, tracking, and contributing to cost reduction initiatives when applicable
• Creating implementation plans to support product/operational changes resulting from new business
• Researching new healthcare-related questions as necessary to aid in investigations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of utilization management or health care operations experience
• Extensive experience with analysis, data, and reporting is required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
