Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Remote Authorizations Customer Service Representative in El Paso.

Must be able to:

• Receive inbound phone calls
• Utilize multiple software systems
• Comply with turnaround time

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to travel onsite for first month for training
• Ability to type more than 30 WPM
• Proficient in navigation of multiple computer applications
• Proficient use of keyboard, mouse and ability to navigate 2 workstation monitors
• Ability to effectively communicate while managing multiple software systems
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workload
