Job Summary

A home warranty and services company has an open position for a Remote Authorizer and Customer Service Representative II in Nashville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Authorize diagnosis and repair/replacement of covered systems or appliances
  • Negotiate pricing with contractors
  • Provide technical resource knowledge for colleagues

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or general education degree, GED
  • And/or 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of contract coverage, including systems and appliances
  • Knowledge of business unit policies and procedures
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
