Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Autism Care Navigator Registered Nurse Care Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing telephonic care management with beneficiaries
  • Assessing the needs of the family and determine necessary resources
  • Collaborating with providers, caregivers/guardians

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A current, valid, and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of managed care and case management experience
  • Must have clinical experience in: pediatrics, behavioral health, and/or ASD
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs specifically; Word, Excel and Outlook
