A privately-held insurance brokerage company is filling a position for a Remote Auto and Home Insurance Customer Service Representative I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing cases using the Contact Management System
- Managing a high volume of voicemails and e-mails
- Answering client phone inquiries about their policies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Holds or is willing to obtain a property and casualty license
- P&C license required
- 6-18 months P&C experience desired
- Basic familiarity with computers
