Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Auto Appraiser in the Mount Vernon Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Issuing payments on all supplements created by the Reviewer
• Reviewing supplements submitted by Repair Facilities
• Learning to handle some aspects of material damage claims with supervision

Required Skills:

• Work a combination of desk and field estimates
• Basic knowledge of claims process
• Bachelor's Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with customers is critical
• Develop understanding of claim policies & procedures
