Job Summary

An insurance agency is seeking a Remote Auto Claims Litigation Adjuster.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Receiving transfer files from adjusters
• Determining proper reserves are set on files and makes appropriate changes as new information is received
• Reviewing litigation files to determine status of injury claim if applicable, company’s litigation posture & develop plan of action

Required Skills:

• Associate degree
• AND one to two years related experience and/or training
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
