An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Auto Insurance Agent in Lexington.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolving customer inquiries regarding billing, policy status, coverage, change requests, and other needs
- Assessing customers’ insurance needs
- Advising on their best options
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have an active Property and Casualty License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and efficiently navigate multiple programs at the same time
- Must be open to feedback and enjoy working as a team
