An insurance agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Auto Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent in Tucson.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, policy status, coverage, change requests, and other service needs
- Identify customer’s insurance needs and market-appropriate products and services
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service
Position Requirements Include:

- Must have an active Property & Casualty License
- Must be able to multi-task and efficiently navigate multiple programs at the same time
