Job Summary

A car rental services provider has a current position open for a Remote Auto Rental Customer Service Representative in Reno.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling multiple tasks, such as, talking with and listening to customers
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
  • Locating and interpreting complex information from a number of databases

Required Skills:

  • Must currently live in Reno, NV, or the immediate surrounding area
  • Ability to participate and complete mandatory training for 6 weeks, M-F, 9-5:30pm CST
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience focused on resolving customer concerns
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
