Job Summary

A professional services and IT solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Automated Test Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading complex test automation efforts using Cucumber/Selenium and Java for large Agile software projects
  • Developing automated test scripts for new features based on acceptance criteria and user stories during each development Sprint
  • Developing, implementing, documenting, and monitoring best practices for test automation developers across Scrum teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated experience with defining automated testing suites to perform at the enterprise level
  • 3+ years defining and implementing automated test concepts to one or more teams
  • Strong understanding of SOAP/REST Web services
  • 4+ years hands on experience with Cucumber, writing automated test validation scripts for REST Web Services
  • Strong understanding of JSON
  • Must have a working knowledge of Java Working knowledge of Gherkin desired
