Job Summary

A business solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Automated Tester.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing the quality and testing of software development and deployments
  • Performing manual and some automated testing to ensure the software created by developers is bug free, meets requirements, and is ready for deployment
  • Creating, analyzing user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to obtain a DHS EOD suitability clearance
  • Ability to apply QA engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
  • 8+ Years demonstrated System/Testing experience with a track record of results
  • Ability to work within a technical team environment as a group as well as independently
  • Experience with software tools such as Jira for scrum/Kanban boards, tracking defects and issues
