Job Summary

A federation of affiliated motor clubs is seeking a Remote Automobile Member Contact Center Sales Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Operating automatic call distribution telephone set and PC running Windows-based and Internet applications
• Accurately gathering, documenting and responding to members’ needs
• Delivering extraordinary customer service to ensure member satisfaction and create a positive impact on membership renewal rates

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and multi-task in fast-paced work environment
• Able to use a Windows based computer with ease
• Able to secure the appropriate licensing for sales as required
