Job Summary
An automotive remarketing company is seeking a Remote Automotive Account Coordinator in Carmel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting inbound inquiries
- Initiating outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors
- Partnering across various departments to meet customer service levels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and meet all internal and external time commitments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook
