Job Summary
A marketing company specializing in business process outsourcing is in need of a Remote Automotive Call Center Agent.
Must be able to:
- Act as an important liaison between car dealerships and car buyers for one of the world's most well-known automotive brands
- Provide fantastic customer service over the phone and using your computer skills to research requests and accurately record the details of your calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a Michigan resident
- Possess a home desktop or laptop computer
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have 1 year of customer service experience
- Possess typing skills of at least 35 WPM
- Available to work shifts within the call center’s hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays may be required on a rotating basis, depending on the team to which you are assigned)
