Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Automotive Claims Adjuster.

Must be able to:

  • Answer phones
  • Review contract coverage
  • Review inspections

Qualifications Include:

  • Advanced automotive mechanical knowledge
  • 2+ Years certified repair facility experience
  • HS diploma or GED and 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
  • Ability to read, analyze, and document contracts, claim procedure guides and coverage pages
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
