Job Summary
A nationwide used car sales and financing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Automotive Claims Adjuster.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking inbound/outbound phone calls
- Working work with repair shops to validate, approve, and administer payment for diagnostics and repair
- Engaging with Service Writers and Technicians throughout the country
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma
- 3 + years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics
- Ability to take inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to work with repair shops
- Ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma, and competence to a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to thrive and contribute to an environment that never stops
