Job Summary
An automotive insurance and repairs company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Automotive Claims Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle up to 100 calls per day
- Assess customer needs and successfully research to resolve inquiries
- Relay claim status, contract terms, conditions and exclusions to customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional phone voice and clear pronunciation
- Ability to manage challenging customers
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills
