Job Summary

An automotive insurance and repairs company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Automotive Claims Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Handle up to 100 calls per day
  • Assess customer needs and successfully research to resolve inquiries
  • Relay claim status, contract terms, conditions and exclusions to customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional phone voice and clear pronunciation
  • Ability to manage challenging customers
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills
