An automotive retailer has an open position for a Remote Automotive Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing 40-50 inbound calls per day on a variety of issues
• Quickly developing customer rapport and gaining an understanding of underlying issues
• Offering product solutions and providing quick resolutions
